Trimgen's iGeneQuick has been applied to prepare gene library for target mutation analysis. The special chemistry of NGS-Opti reagents simplify the library preparation process and whole process can be complete in 1.5 hours with two simple steps. The method allow user to easily combine individual samples into a single tube assay.  This ALL-in-ONE feature reduces human errors, save time, labor and cost.
